Key Account Manager (m/f)

Permanent position

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/f) as soon as possible in order to reinforce our sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Contacting and recruiting new customers under your own initiative
  • Supporting, advising and developing national and international key accounts
  • Independent contract negotiations, subject to approval by sales management
  • Consistent pursuit of strategic sales targets in your area of responsibility
  • Achieving and exceeding sales turnover targets
  • Ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction and taking the initiative to respond to customer requests
  • Management and coordination of multi-site projects for large enterprise customers
Your profile
  • University degree in a technical or business management field, or comparable education
  • Several years of practical work experience in the business customer segment of the online sector (or in related sectors)
  • Proven sales success, negotiation skills and transaction experience
  • Inspired to work as part of an innovative team
  • Strong communication skills and the will to succeed
  • Complex thinking abilities, solution-oriented and strategic approach
  • Pronounced customer orientation, entrepreneurial thought and action
  • Fluent in spoken English
