We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager (m/f) as soon as possible in order to reinforce our SMM department.

Responsibilities

Conceptual design and implementation of social media campaigns
Editorial support for customer accounts
Managing interdisciplinary teams and service providers
Comprehensive consulting for national and international customers
Preparation of analyses and campaign reports
Identifying and evaluating relevant trends with implementation in ongoing campaigns
Ongoing optimisation and strategic as well as operational further development of customer campaigns

Your profile

At least 1-2 years of experience in managing online projects
Graduate of a social science course of studies (communication science, media pedagogy) or similar
Familiar with FTP programmes, Photoshop, monitoring tools and HTML
Ideally, you maintain your own blog or a corporate blog and have experience in the setup and maintenance of Twitter accounts or Facebook pages with high coverage.
You already have editorial experience, with good copy writing and conceptual design skills
Excellent social and communication skills
Excellent German skills and fluent in English, spoken and written
You demand the highest quality in your work and have a pronounced service focus
